Also, the writing retreat is in October.

What's a writing retreat? I've never heard of that. Sounds interesting.
Oh Sheri, the million dollar question! I have been dying to go on a writing retreat for years. You get to go with other writers to an out of the way location (even if it's just someone's town with a hotel.) Some of my writing buddies here in Montana own a cabin. We are gathering together on the weekend next month just to write. So now, I'm going to post more info because this comment got too long, lol.
