Flaky No Fail Pie Crust Recipe

This recipe makes two full pies and enough for one crust/cream pies, depending on the size of your pie tin.

5 cups flour
Cut in 2 cups shortening till loose crumbs
Mix in:
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

Beat one small egg in meauring cup, add 1 Tbls vinegar
Fill to the one cup mark with cold water
