Angie's Take: This book opens up my heart right away. Two young people, not quite grown, meeting in innocence. I was drawn into the story right away. Daisy goes missing and it haunted me. I felt like I was left holding the shoe as if I was the character in the book. That is talented writing! Pick it up and you won't want to put it down.
